You have the right to withdraw funds from your account at any point in time. To make a withdrawal from your account, please, login to your account and choose the “Withdrawal” section. You will be presented with a variety of options.
First, you choose a method of withdrawing funds and the amount you wish to withdraw. Then you send a corresponding request to our support service. The money will be withdrawn from your account only if you had provided all the necessary documents. Besides, Dax1001 can ask for additional identification papers or residency proofs.
Withdrawal requests will be processed on working days from 09:00 until 18:00 local time (GMT+2), except weekends and public holidays. Queries sent after 18:00 p.m. will be considered during the next working day.
The time needed for transferring depends on the form of money withdrawal. A bank transfer usually takes up to three working days. It will take from five to eight business days, if you want to send money to a credit card.
The only restriction due to our security policy is that assets can be transferred only to the personal accounts or cards of our clients. It is forbidden to send money to third-party deposits.
Before withdrawing funds you have to make sure that there is enough money left on the account to cover margin requirements on the opened positions. Please, mind that Dax1001 is not responsible for the losses caused by the insufficient amount of funds on your account.
